2009 - 2010 Uniform and Dress Code
 
 

 

Boys' Uniforms

Bottoms

Dark khaki walking shorts or dark khaki long pants. Belts must be worn with
pants that have belt loops. Length of shorts shall be no shorter than 2 inches above the knee.
Pants and shorts must have a proper hem.

Tops

Knit pullover style red polo shirt with collar. East Iberville may be sewn or printed on the shirt.
No other emblem or writing may be on the shirt.
Turtlenecks may be worn underneath the uniform shirt if they are white or red.
All shirts must be tucked in at all times.

Socks

White, khaki, or red may be worn and must be visible above the shoe.

 

Girls' Uniforms

Bottoms

Dark khaki walking shorts, jumper, long pants, skirts, or skorts. Skirts, shorts, jumpers, and
skorts must be no shorter than 2 inches above the knee. All clothing must have a proper hem.

Tops

Knit pullover style red polo shirt with collar. East Iberville may be sewn or printed on the shirt.
No other emblem or writing may be on the shirt.
Turtlenecks may be worn underneath the uniform shirt if they are white or red.
All shirts must be tucked in at all times.

Socks

White, khaki, or red may be worn and must be visible above the shoe.


General Uniform Regulations

 *All pants must be properly worn. Baggy or extra tight pants or shorts are not allowed.

 *No cargo or painter pants are allowed.

 *Sweaters and jackets must be red. Jackets may not be worn in classrooms unless authorized by      the administration.

 *Sweatshirts are to be red and only worn over uniform shirt with collar exposed.

 *Caps with slogans or logos are not allowed.

 *No knit caps or hats are allowed.

 *Rollers, hairnets, bandannas, hoods, or headbands are not allowed.

 *Thongs, clogs, barefoot sandals or slippers are not allowed.

 *Male students may not wear earrings.

 *Girls may wear earrings that are not excessively large. No other body piercing are allowed to be    visable on male or female students.

 *No "rakes" (plastic or metal) combs may be brought to school.

 *Shoes must be properly laced and of the appropriate size.

 *Hairstyles may not be extreme or distracting.

 

The school administration shall have the final decision
concerning the appropriateness of a student's uniform.
